Terms and Conditions

Registration
All entries become effective , upon receipt of the registration form along with a deposit check and signed by the legal representative for a child.

Mode of payment
A deposit of € 125 will be required at time of registration . The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. For inclusion in less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be required. Non-participation in class, can not give rise to a refund. Any stay started is due in its entirety.
In case of cancellation by us, and in case a proposed alternative does not suit you, we will refund the entire stay .

Object of the contract
The contract shall be the one printed in the program prospectus .
The organizer reserves the right to change, provided they can demonstrate better success.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by mail or by letter at least 4 weeks before the course starts, the deposit will be considered as deposit. Less than 4 weeks, no refund will be made. Charges that could possibly result will be charged.
If the program can not be met for reasons of strikes, epidemics , danger of war, rebellion , disaster, internal tensions , ... etc, the costs already incurred may be retained or invoiced. In case of cancellation of the organizer for reasons other than the above , payments will be fully refunded. Other rights are not payable.

Rebooking
If the participant wishes to change his reservation (eg the date of the course) at least 4 weeks before the course starts, the first change will be free. For further change a contribution of 40 € will be requested.

Claims
To be valid, all claims must be received by registered mail no later than 5 working days after receipt of the invoice, or the beginning of the session fold.
In case of dispute, only the courts of the district of Hasselt will be competent.


General
The course unit is 50 minutes. We draw your attention to the fact that we can not accept sick people. For any damage to equipment , the participant will be held responsible or - in the case of a child - his legal reprensentative. If a participant causing injury involving the Language Centre of VELM , it will be entitled to claim compensation. The rights do not include insurance other than liability . All participants are required to comply with the internal regulations of our institution. In case of non compliance, he will be dismiss of the programme. Oral agreements become effective only after our written confirmation. We reserve the right to correct printing errors or calculation that could creep into our documents.
I hereby permit, consent, and authorize photographs, videotapes, and audio recordings made of my child while at Kasteel van Velm Summer Camp as an individual or part of a group, with or without text in Kasteel van Velm publication.
